The company has now evolved to provide specialist employment services to skilled migrants and link this with tailored migration strategies for Australian employers who are seeking highly skilled labour.
Work’n Oz Australia is dedicated to linking suitably qualified, skilled overseas candidates with Australian employers who are seeking to address critical skill shortages through employer sponsored migration schemes. We match areas of skill shortages to our candidate database and thoroughly screen and reference check all candidates to ensure they meet employers’ specific criteria and agree to the employer’s terms of employment and conditions.
In order to quickly facilitate the immigration process we link with Australia’s leading immigration agency, Migration Solutions. They assist with every facet of the application process, including completing the relevant forms, advising of all documents required and writing a detailed covering submission to the Department of Immigration.
Once a candidate has been selected we assist with travel arrangements, accomodation on arrival, applications for bank accounts, tax file numbers, Medicare and even schooling arrangements for children.
